SearchInform Risk Monitor Protects Sensitive Data in 3 Clicks
SearchInform has added new preset security policies to Risk Monitor, its Next-Gen DLP solution. The update enables security specialists to protect confidential information in just three clicks by applying ready-made rules to corporate data.
The recent Risk Monitor update includes more than 100 security policies covering six categories of sensitive information: Corporate Data, Medical Data, Payment Data, Personal Data, Technical Data, and Vehicle Identification Numbers.
The policies can also be grouped by country, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Turkey. This allows security teams to quickly access rules relevant to their region and regulatory context. The new set includes region-specific data types, such as Emirates ID and Saudi Arabia IBAN, as well as international identifiers, including IMEI numbers, Visa and MasterCard numbers, and DNA data.
The update is designed to simplify Risk Monitor configuration and reduce the time required to prepare the system for data protection tasks. Organizations can now apply preset policies instead of creating rules manually from scratch, helping security teams adapt protection settings to the requirements of their industry and region faster.

Previously, fine-tuning DLP policies could require vendor assistance and take additional time from a security team. With the new update, companies can select the data types they need to protect and apply the relevant policies in just a couple of clicks – making Risk Monitor easier to launch, scale, and adapt to real data protection tasks.
