SearchInform DLP system for corporate data protection has been presented in Microsoft Azure allowing quick and easy deployment in the cloud. The solution will help businesses reduce costs associated with the purchase of equipment.
SearchInform company, leading Russian developer of information security software, has become a Microsoft partner, and SearchInform DLP system has been integrated with Microsoft Azure. This makes the system available for participants of Microsoft cloud ecosystem all over the world in Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace.
“SearchInform solution shows impressive efficiency in virtual environment. The cloud deployment model is ready for launching – customers get the virtual machine with preset server components of the DLP solution and only have to enter an activation key to start working”, says Sergey Ozhegov, CEO of SearchInform. “We have received many requests from our customers who built their infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Our cooperation with Microsoft will make SearchInform software easily available for companies all over the world”.
The SearchInform solution deployed in Azure allows businesses control all data transfer channels, analyze data traffic, and use all the upgraded instruments for incident investigation. This helps effectively prevent data breaches and discover corporate fraudulent activity. SearchInform DLP preconfigured virtual machine in Microsoft Azure facilitates access to the system for those companies that already work with the platform – it’s simple and ensures smooth data exchange between all components of the protected infrastructure. Microsoft Azure takes care of DLP servers from DDoS and other external attacks. The risk of data being compromised during data transfer from cloud servers and monitored workstations is practically eliminated – information is transferred via highly protected channels, and only a customer can access the system’s core.
“Ensuring information security of our business clients is the number one priority for Microsoft. That’s why we believe that it is highly important to support developers of information security solutions and provide broad availability of innovative tech solutions”, – says Alexander Belenky, Channel Sales Director & Board Member at Microsoft Russia. “SearchInform is one of the leading developers of information security solutions in Russia. We are glad that our customers all over the world will be able to easily deploy SearchInform system from Azure cloud to protect their corporate data.”
The two companies are willing to continue collaboration. Other SearchInform products are coming to Microsoft marketplaces soon. SearchInform TimeInformer, time-tracking and employee performance monitoring solution, and SearchInform FileAuditor, the DCAP system for file storage protection, will follow SearchInform DLP presentation in Azure cloud. The partnership with Microsoft services will ensure marketing support for SearchInform in order to introduce the company to scale its presence to the new markets.
