The SearchInform DLP system from now on ensures control of the extended list of messengers and cloud storages. New methods for ensuring control of previously supported data transmission channels were also developed. The innovations will ensure more efficient prevention of incidents in corporate channels for communication and data exchange.
The system has been updated with additional options for data control in corporate messengers. The solution enables to ensure control of RocketChat via ICAP and control of Squadus via HTTPIM protocols. It is also now possible to control the web versions of messengers from the browser sidebar: the option is available for WhatsApp, Telegram, RocketChat and TrueConf. Finally, DLP from now on supports protection of the up-to-date versions of business messengers such as Skype for Business.
In addition, SearchInform developers empowered the DLP with enhanced control capabilities for protection of popular cloud storages, including the cloud-based platform Google Colab. This refinement of the system will strengthen control over particularly critical data, for example, business documentation and source code.
