238 data breaches were registered during 2018-2019 at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

86 of them were due to some error, 22 happened because of unsafe ways of information disposal and 33 ensued from transit losses.

Many other leaks are the results of unauthorised access.

On the average a data breach has been occurring 4 times a week for a year.

The incident which revealed the situation in a medical institution can make National Health Service pay a GDPR fine.

Human factor should be regarded as a threat which demands that a company integrate instruments not only for cyber attack risk minimisation but also for monitoring user activity within a team. Many errors happen due to employee negligence and unawareness.
