On 15 August SearchInform, a Russian developer of information security tools, held the press conference in Latin America. The topic of the press conference was “The main information security threats and innovative security tools”. The Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Argentina and the Russian Export Centre supported the event.

The Founder of SearchInform Leo Matveev arrived in Argentina to meet with media representatives and present the company in Argentina. The President of the company spoke about data security issues, shared the results of the recent research in the field and presented the latest version of SearchInform DLP.

“We welcome the opportunity to share our expertise in a new market. It is important for us that the audience is interested in discussing the information security issues. After all, this "disease" of the information society is an equally terrifying threat to all the companies, regardless of scale and location”.

“We are focused on proactive efforts in Latin America. The results of the meetings that I have already held here confirm that local companies pay particular attention to the information security problem”, said the Chairman of the Board of Management of SearchInform Leo Matveev after the press conference.

The Deputy Official of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Argentina Mikhail Zotov and the Representative of the Russian Export Centre Alexey Chigirev took part in the press conference. The President of Telextorage Mariano Denaro and the President of Snoop Consulting Gustavo Guaranga spoke on behalf of the partners of SearchInform.



During the press conference, SearchInform announced the first results of entering the new market and introduced the latest developments in the field of data protection. The event organizers noted that the companies in Argentina looked forward to working with the representatives of the Russian business, and the countries had been maintaining friendship relationship.
