Research on Infosec Incidents in SMEs 2023
SearchInform analytical experts have conducted a research and analysed information security incidents caused by employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the countries, where SearchInform provided Managed Security Services in 2023.
The research covered companies from IT, oil and gas, industry, transport, credit and finance, retail, healthcare and other sectors.
The data for analysis was collected from reports of the SearchInform Risk Monitor (software for monitoring data breaches and actions of employees at the computer) and SearchInform FileAuditor DCAP system (software for automated audit of file system, detection of access rights violations and tracking changes in critical data). These reports include information about incidents in 104 companies where SearchInform provides managed information security services.
