An employee logged into the personal mailbox from the corporate computer – a DLP system automatically "scanned" the last sent and received emails. One of the messages comprised the text in which the employee asked the interlocutor about the exact amount of remuneration.
Incident investigation and prevention strategy took place. The audit showed that the recipient of an email was an employee of a candidate company for a general contract. There was a conspiracy, the employee promoted a potential contractor and received a payoff.

Conducting business to the detriment of a company and taking onboard specialists who do not conform to job requirements or get a job bypassing merit selection undermines a company's wellbeing and might lead to sabotage at work. It is important to detect a conspiracy within your team.
