The SearchInform team consisted of employees the new local Dubai office and company’s top managers. The team managed to held over 50 face-to-face meetings: with end users, resellers, existing and potential partners.
The company is a regular visitor to GITEX GLOBAL, but 2023 was the first time SearchInform showcased managed security services alongside its protective solutions. At the joint stand with REC SearchInform presented the information security outsourcing service, designed primarily for small and medium-sized companies.
Visitors were most impressed by the number of tasks covered by the MSSP, which include: ensuring protection against data leaks, data classification, access rights audit, monitoring of employees’ activity, compliance with regulatory requirements, all available in a single solution. The visitors were also curious to know when the services would be available in other regions.
“Previously at Gitex we focused on the products we develop, as SearchInform is first and foremost the information security software vendor. However, not all organizations have the qualified in-house employees and the necessary hardware to ensure business information security on their own. Larger organizations are more likely to have an information security department and are generally more capable of keeping their data secure, but the situation for small and medium-sized businesses is much more complicated.
That is why we decided to bring our managed services based on our products to Gitex this year, as the services makes information security more accessible, regardless of the size of the organization.”, says Sergey Ozhegov, SearchInform CEO.
The company's products were showcased on shared stand with SCOPE Middle East distributor.
The products by SearchInform, which are a comprehensive suite of tools designed to protect data, mitigate risk and enhance security at multiple levels, were featured:
Moreover, all visitors could get acquainted with the latest updates of the company’s solutions, earn more about the product of interest and choose a suitable solution for their organization depending on the request.
“We are delighted to have such a strong distributor in the MENA region. We have been working with SCOPE Middle East for some time now and our cooperation is truly fruitful. This time at Gitex we worked truly hard and managed to achieve great results.
In addition, I'd like to point out that we are now active in the MENA region and are organizing a large number of meetings with partners and customers from various sectors.”, says Yamen Mustafa, Regional Managing Director Middle East and North Africa.
