From now on, IS experts can perform the full scale audit of the corporate email service on the level of MS Exchange mail server.
DCAP class system by SearchInform FileAuditor is capable of scanning the MS Exchange mail server and performing the content analysis of all the emails, attachments and drafts in the corporate email server.
FileAuditor connects directly to the mail server and analyses emails at rest, even those, which are saved locally. For example, if a user creates an email draft using device, which isn’t controlled by the protective systems, this action is detected by the IS officers anyway, thanks to the audit by DCAP system.

Integration enables to control detached email boxes, group of email service users or all the email boxes of the corporate domain. The FileAuditor performs content-based analysis of emails and notifies IS officers in case confidential data is obtained. In case of integration with the DLP system by SearchInform the protective capabilities are extended: the unwanted emails can be blocked according to the labels by FileAuditor.
